Our Computer Support Plan includes documentation on your current equipment as well as recommendations to keep your equipment in shape. These reports are included in a manual designed to help you keep all of your computer-related information in one place. At our review meeting, we go through the manual, explaining each report and how it benefits you. We also highlight the steps you need to take in order to keep your equipment running well.

Our recommendations are designed to help you get your equipment in top shape as well as prevent problems before they occur. As such, they include short-term and ongoing recommendations. First we review your equipment to determine if any equipment purchases are needed. Then we look at any current issues or problems. Finally we develop an ongoing task list for each computer for the entire year. Each report is customized and prepared for your specific environment.
