Our clients use the Computer Support Plan in different ways. In fact they tailor our services to their specific needs. Here are a few examples:

One of our clients has over 80 computers in several locations. They need someone to handle the complex problems that can occur in this type of network. In addition, they don't want the headache of managing the day-to-day technology issues, like creating and deleting user accounts, monitoring the backups, keeping out viruses, etc.

Our staff regularly visits the offices to take care of on-site problems. We also remotely log into their network to handle the routine issues that can be resolved in this manner. With our free telephone support we respond to problems as soon as they occur.

We have a client who has a small network with a server. No one on staff can solve technical problems relating to the server or the network. We often help them through our free telephone support. As needed we remotely manage their server and network. If required, we provide on-site support although this is rarely needed.
One client is a telecommuter. His office is in New York but he is located in Rhode Island. He needed basic support but wasn't able to obtain it easily from a distance. We offered installation and troubleshooting as well as telephone support as needed.
One of our clients has a network of about 30 computers. As part of an association, they have the option of obtaining telephone support for some of their computer problems. But the business manager has too many responsibilities to have the time for computer problems. They asked us to come to the office once a week to perform all the needed routine tasks. In addition we offer telephone support to address emergency needed problems.
